Terms of service (draft)

1. Service and draft status

AixNew LLC provides aixtrack tools for parcel tracking, shipment management, anomaly alerts and evidence snapshots. This document is not yet effective and cannot be used to claim that users have accepted a final contract. Company contact information, applicable law, dispute resolution and other necessary terms must be completed after legal review.

2. Accounts and authorized use

Provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and query or upload only shipment information you are authorized to process. Do not attempt to access other accounts, enumerate tracking numbers in bulk, bypass rate limits, infringe privacy or disrupt the service. 3. Limits of queries, anomalies and exports

Tracking data depends on authorized carrier records and may be missing because it is not recorded, updates are delayed or services are unavailable. aixtrack is not a carrier, official customer service provider or delivery guarantor. It does not promise timeliness, complete records or a particular dispute outcome. Anomaly labels are heuristic prompts for investigation and cannot directly prove loss or fraud. PDFs summarize only data stored at export time and are not original carrier-signed evidence.

4. Plans and subscriptions

Successfully created account shipments are counted by UTC calendar month: Free 50; Starter $9 USD/500; Growth $29 USD/3000; Scale $79 USD/15000. Web SaaS may charge through Stripe LIVE; development defaults to TEST. Use test payment information only in test mode. Mobile App purchases use Google Play / Apple IAP only, not Stripe.

Hard limits apply, with no automatic overage billing. Duplicate shipments, idempotent retries and refreshes do not consume account quota again; failed creation requests do not consume account quota. Upgrading does not reset usage for the current month. If a downgrade leaves usage above the quota, existing shipments are retained and new creation is paused. Subscription status is verified by the backend, not by a successful redirect; expired subscriptions revert to Free.

Anonymous queries have separate site-wide and per-IP quotas. An attempt to read upstream data consumes anonymous quota, including attempts that return no results. Availability depends on data sources and operational configuration; an account plan does not mean unlimited anonymous queries.

5. Third parties, changes and termination

Carrier query services, Stripe, Resend and configured SMTP services are each subject to their own service arrangements. Features may be suspended for security, maintenance, third-party status or quota reasons. Procedures for formal notices, subscription cancellation, refunds, termination, user data export and deletion must be established before launch. This draft does not invent existing refund or automatic deletion mechanisms.

6. Legal review checklist

Liability limits, mandatory consumer rights, age/regional restrictions, taxes, refund rules, intellectual property, contact addresses, jurisdiction and dispute resolution must all be reviewed by AixNew LLC and legal counsel based on the actual operating regions. This draft does not arbitrarily specify state law, arbitration or waivers of rights. The final version must not reduce mandatory rights under applicable law.
